The storage compartments in the Honda Element's doors are woefully inadequate for holding smaller accessories. A straightforward fix would be to install inserts that prevent these items from spilling out. This solution was inspired by a compact plastic box used to store breakfast bars, which my wife happened to find and discovered fit perfectly into the available space.
