Honda Element Cup Holder

My coworker asked me to create a custom cup holder for their Honda Element, replacing the standard one that came with the vehicle. The main issue with the stock cup holder is its inability to accommodate larger cups or bottles, which often get stuck in place. I designed and 3D-printed cup holders that can hold larger containers, giving users more flexibility. There are three versions of the cup holder designs, each with a different configuration: some have holes for cups, while others feature open spaces that allow for even taller containers to be used. The recommended materials for printing these designs include PETG, ABS, Nylon, and Polycarbonate, as the interior temperatures of cars can easily reach the glass transition temperature of PLA, making it unsuitable for use in this application.
