Like the original 3D models, you have to pause your 3D printing at 60%-70% completion and insert your key right then. At 100% size with my PLA printer, inserting my key was tough but doable; however, consider a 102% to 105% scale ratio to fit your key if you print in ABS. I've replaced the source design that copied the Honda OEM key with the H Logo; it's much cleaner than the OEM look since most 3D printers can't handle intricate details very well.
