This is a replacement guide for the rear roof pins on a Honda Del Sol. The guides wallow out over time allowing excessive movement of the roof panel on the pins, replacements are no longer available.To install, lay the roof panel on a bench, unscrew and remove the latch handles. remove the trim panels, front first, they simply pry up, they're held on with flat clips. Use a punch no bigger than the space between the pin and the guide wall laid up against the pin to tap the guide out from the inside out. Use the handles to extend the pins, replace the guide with the printed part from the outside in. Reassemble.The part fits snugly in the guide hole, it's optional to apply a thin film of silicone sealant to secure and waterproof the guide. My printer didn't faithfully reproduce the measurement of the pin hole, the pin is 7.9mm, the hole is 8mm, the part came out at 7.6mm. A little refinement with a drill set it straight. YMMV.Use PETG, ABS (scaled to compensate for shrinkage), or any material with better heat properties than PLA. PLA won't fare well in the temps the roof can reach in the sunlight.
