Honda ct 90 air box
thingiverse
This is the front portion of the air box, specifically designed to accommodate standard air filter hardware and requires only one 6mm x1.00 nutsert. It takes a Briggs and Stratton air filter element with part number 491588. This piece was printed in just 19 hours using a layer height of .3 mm and a 0.8 mm nozzle on a Prusa MK3S printer. The material used is Hatch Box Silver ABS, but the one shown has been painted for added appearance. It's worth noting that annealing is highly recommended for this large print as it can crack when washed with acetone. The parts were joined using acetone, so be cautious when installing the element as it fits quite snugly in place.
