I've relied on ProClips for years in numerous vehicles, but when I purchased my 2018 Honda CRV recently, I was unhappy with both offered mounts, so I created my own using Fusion 360. Learning Fusion 360 simultaneously explains why there are two design approaches (split and All-In-One). The second AIO design features a small opening that allows for the attachment of a resqme Keychain Car Escape tool, which is necessary due to the vehicle's keyless ignition system.
