I crafted a custom replacement for my faulty sun visor clip on my trusty 1998 Honda Civic, deciding to divide it into two distinct pieces to maximize print efficiency. Using an innovative homemade ABS slurry, I expertly welded the separate parts together with ease. The end result is nothing short of fantastic, perfectly mimicking the original stock part. To replicate this impressive achievement, simply print both top and bottom components and secure them with a precise weld, much like my own successful experiment. Additionally, I've included a Solidworks file for those interested in modifying or fine-tuning their creation - but feel free to leave it alone if it already meets your expectations!
