Honda Civic Key Fob Housing Replacement

This key has been thoroughly tested on various models and years:\r\n2007 Civic\r\n2009 Civic\r\n2nd gen Honda Fit\r\n\r\nIt will probably work on all 8th generation Civics which run from 2006-2011. If you achieve success for a year not listed, please let me know and I will add it to the tested list.\r\n\r\nI discovered a housing here on Thingiverse, but it kept breaking down repeatedly. I decided to create a new one from scratch in hopes of making something more resistant to daily and sometimes rough use. Its walls are thicker and longer than the one noted below:\r\n\r\nhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:954099 \r\n\r\nThis is not a remix of the above design. It's an entirely new creation made from scratch. Having said that, I do want to thank the original author for their inspiring work.\r\n\r\nThis version features thicker walls and hopefully more "sandwiching" of pieces around the thin steel T part of the key. Honda's design is a bit questionable, though.
