Honda Civic Exhaust Rocket Nozzle

This is an insert I installed on my Honda's muffler. Initially, when I bought the muffler, I didn't realize its tones would be as deep due to the in/out sizes. This particular piece fits inside a 2-inch ID muffler pipe and creates extra back pressure while minimizing noise levels. As a result of other exhaust modifications I've made, this insert allows my car to run nearly as smoothly as it would if I had used an original equipment manufacturer's muffler and exhaust setup. What's more, it ensures that the exhaust gases exit at the rear of the vehicle, preventing them from entering the cab while also ensuring they clear the garage door by just a couple of feet. During my own tests and research, I've found that the car does not get hot enough at the exhaust tip to cause any damage to the anti-lock braking system. However, I have yet to test it during the summer months since it's winter where I reside. This Honda is not worth much money, which is why I tried to come up with a makeshift solution. Regrettably, my initial attempt did not turn out as well as expected, primarily because it relied solely on pressure fit inside the tailpipe without any screws holding it in place. It ended up coming loose while driving. For future installations, I will use zip screws or stainless pins to ensure it stays securely attached. This modified version is based on an existing design found on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:280483. It was created using Customizer from http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=280483. I printed this part at 0.3mm layer height with concentric patterns, and the print process went smoothly, taking about 45 minutes. To install it, I applied a little force and used my hands to guide it into place within the muffler tip. It is positioned deep enough so that direct sunlight does not fall on it all the time since its ABS material isn't resistant to UV radiation. The car started up fine and continues to run without any issues. However, please note that I tried to reduce the hole size to approximate the stock exhaust dimensions, which may be slightly too small in my case. I take no responsibility if you decide to install it in your vehicle as this insert was tested only on a car that's not worth much money. When using Customizer, I employed the following settings: pct = 0.6, Rthroat = 15, minRadius = 4, Aout = 45, Ain = 20, Rexit = 1, Rinlet = 25, and wallThickness = 4.
