A colleague sought to add a toggle switch for his fog lights without drilling through his stock one, so I borrowed the original and created a replacement model in Fusion 360. For optimal results, print with PET-G or ABS, as PLA will melt under high temperatures. While PET-G may become soft over time, it will outlast ABS in car use. This design remains untested and will be thoroughly checked within the next few days to ensure its reliability. To achieve a strong bond between the first layer and the rest of the print, use a thick layer height. The first layer is the only part that will be visible when installed, and PET-G adheres better with thicker layers. Supports are necessary for the flexible arms to prevent them from sagging or breaking off during printing. Print orientation: face downwards, rotating the STL 90 degrees so that the large flat side faces down.
