This started as a small project to replace the Indicator switch for my 2014 Honda CB500f series motorbike. Typically, seeking replacement parts involved purchasing an entire switch unit, so why not build one myself? Print Settings: Printer: M3D Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 150 Microns Infill: Max Notes: Max infill gives a nice little weight to it, and you can feel it move and click through thick gloves. Post-Printing: Used a cheap $2 general-purpose super glue, about 5mls into the small hole on the back of the switch, to help it stay in place once it slides and clicks. Tested in heavy rain, half an hour after applying glue to the indicator switch, clicked onto the exposed arm without any issues. Works with plastic + metal? Best $2 spent ever!
