If your Honda vehicle's brake lights won't turn off, or its cruise control has stopped working mysteriously and there are some broken plastic pieces lying on the floorboard near your pedals, then this is probably what you need. Credit to A_Fairman and MS3FGX for the original STL files. I printed the files created by A_Fairman, but it was too tight to get in without filing. I realized that it was a material issue, not a design issue. PLA is much stiffer than the part that fell out of my 2002 Civic Si. Based on some tips read in Clifford Smyth's Functional Design for 3D printing, I added a split down the middle of the original design. It now snaps right in and keeps the original dimensions without needing to file and sand it to get it in. If you use a stiff nylon, the original file may be a good solution. But PLA didn't have the same flexibility and needed this modification to work for me. This part should fit a wide number of model years of Honda vehicles and is a direct replacement for Honda part 46505-SA5-000 and the Dorman 74015 (only the white replacement part that is included in that Dorman kit).
