Replacement Honda CRV (2001 model) hood release latch. Modified design with a ring for enhanced grip. This part frequently fails, but this replacement fits snugly over the remaining wire end. No trimming of the surrounding plastic is required. A small amount of thick epoxy in the hole makes it easy to press onto the wire end.
