This screen was designed to replace the intake screen/filter on the base of a 1999 Honda BF40 outboard boat engine. It may fit the same engine made in different years but I cant verify that.They're rare to find online replacements for so an hour of swearing at Fusion360 and two prototypes later, here it is.I tried to match the OEM design as best I could but it has not been tested in any kind of fluid simulation so use at your own risk.I printed in PETG @ 100% Infill with .2mm Layer Height and I also slowed the speed down to 40% until the printer had finished printing the meshed holes.
