Honda ATV seat mounting cushion

<p>This part replaces honda part number 77207-HA0-000 and fits I most if not all honda atvs.</p><p>I chose to print this in ninja flex tpu and after some trial and error on slice settings I feel that makes this an upgrade over the factory piece as it comes out softer and seems to provide a bit more shock absorption at the seat especially on older ATVs where the original rubber part is very hard and dry.</p><p>my print settings are .4 nozzle, .6 line width, .28 layer height, 3 wall lines, 15% infill.&nbsp;</p><p>support is required make sure you have good support settings for your TPU profile. however I suggest using support blocker on the bottom section with the 8 small gaps as they are small enough to bridge decent in tpu. you should have no support touching the build plate only on the part itself. Print in the orientation the model comes in.</p>
