Honda / Acura Oil Funnel - Threaded

I designed this funnel to simplify oil refilling for my 2010 Honda CR-V during DIY oil changes, preventing accidental spills. It threads directly into place of the oil filler cap and will fit many other Honda and Acura vehicles. This design measures approximately 5 inches wide and 3.5 inches tall, intended to be printed upside down as shown in the accompanying photos. *Note:* If the location of the oil filler port on your Honda/Acura can only accommodate a smaller funnel, adjust your slicer settings by shifting the model's Z-axis position downward (positioning the larger portion below the build plate) to print only the desired funnel section. *Printing tips* * Most importantly, print *UPSIDE DOWN* as depicted in the photo of the completed print. The original model is upright, so rotate the model in your slicer to ensure the funnel portion rests on the build plate. * I chose a 0.12mm layer height (0.1mm should also work) to guarantee smooth thread printing. * Print with three walls if using a 0.4mm nozzle; this creates a solid funnel with no infill due to its 2.4mm thickness (0.4mm * 3 for outer + 0.4mm * 3 for inner = 2.4mm). * I highly recommend printing a brim on the exterior and interior (I selected 10mm) to ensure the model adheres securely to the build plate. * The example in the photos was printed in PETG, but this model should also print well with PLA.
