For: HOn42 or HOn3.5 1:87, HO Scale on 12mm track. What it is: A low detail 4' Arch Bar Bogies with 2'2" Wheels (Not up to the quality of a modern ready to run models, this is a basic outline designed more for robustness) Additional Parts Needed: 8 x 2mm "Top Hat" Bearings - 00 Gauge Romford Pin-Point Brass Bearings, Shouldered Type DW22 (Got my last lot from https://dundasmodels.co.uk/) Wuiske 7.6mm wheels with 19.3mm axle. QRB080 disc type or QRB083 spoked type at https://wuiskemodels.com/ Notes: It May help to print with a brim if you can not get these small parts to stick to the build plate. Gently bore out the bearing holes with a 2mm drill bit, before fitting the ROMFORD bearings in bogie frames. I use a 1.4mm wood screw to mount the bogie and I bore out the middle of bolster with a 1.5mm drill bit. If you need to use the bogie with other axles lengths, then you can adjust the width in your slicer software. The final product will depend on the quality of the printer and how well you have your settings under control. I recommend using a 0.3mm Nozzle for better detail and 0.1 or 0.08mm layering.
