Designed using Tinker CAD. Printed on a Creality CR-6 SE at 0.12mm with a 0.4mm nozzle. No special supports or adhesion properties were used. A glue stick was used on the build plate. Nominal size is 90mm long x 24mm wide x 35mm high without trucks. The roof is 1mm wider. This scales out to be about 26ft x 7ft x 10ft. Parts are glued together except for the Combine freight doors. Assuming you printer resolution is high enough, the doors and slide channels will print with enough clearance for the doors to "snap" in and be operable. I recommend painting before attaching the doors. There are 2 roof designs - basic arched and clearstory. Removing the supports from the clearstory windows proved to be a challenge without damaging the parts so I used the basic arched roofs. You may have better success. These were designed to use recycled N scale trucks with a center king pin holding the trucks in place. A little reaming of the king pin hold may be necessary. Use of a small screw may work as well. Other size truck should work if spacers are used on the king pins to clear the wheels. This will raise the height of the cars also. Coupler pockets are printed in the frame and are sized for Kadee 140 Series HO Whisker knuckle couplers. Other may fit, but I use #143 for my HOn30. I included a .stl to print some snap on coupler pocket covers. The grabs pictured we also printed parts, but were modified leftovers from other HO passenger designs, I don't have the .stl files for those sorry. Jewelry making wire form Hobby Lobby will work just fine to fabricate some end grabs. I glued 2 3/8" nuts inside for weights.
