The arm band fits snugly around the unwearable shield, designed to nestle perfectly in its curved shape. Made with shell 4 and 15% infill, the result is a lightweight yet incredibly strong construction. While the initial size proved slightly oversized, a ring was crafted to make it more compact. This sliding fit allows for easy adjustment; simply resize the ring's interior to accommodate any desired measurement. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Auroa Z605, heavily modified for optimal performance. Rafts: Not used in this print. Supports: Removed to achieve maximum design flexibility. Resolution: Set to 0.2 millimeters for detailed layering. Infill Density: Achieved at 15% to balance weight and strength requirements. Notes: A robust insert with 100% infill ensures stability and durability.
