Didn't find the adapters I needed anywhere, so created my own. For an AP device (even if you just want to fix a Feller frame and base plate to a wall somewhere) print the frame as well as the three AP parts. The solution I made for the BWTH is a bit less mature, you may need to glue or tape the new cover in place of the old one. But then you can screw it together with very short 3-4mm screws. Crop longer screws if required. For all prints, except the frame, I recommend PETG for flexibility and flame resistance.
