Fully DIY real gold wedding rings which I've sand-casted in my own garage before my wedding. 585-Rose-gold. For the start of the project 3D printed prototypes were used to check fitment and use them as molds. I've included them for download: STL files with specific sizes and Fusion 360 files for parametric editing. Luckily I've succeeded with sand-casting at the first try. It was really unexpected:) I would like to mention that I‘m neither jeweler nor casting expert, I‘m a maker and if there will be any inquiries about the process, I would be glad to help or even make a tutorial.
