Homemade Enclosure Cardboard Clip - Solidoodle 3
thingiverse
To create a cost-effective enclosure for my Solidoodle 3, I opted against plexiglass and magnets. Instead, I crafted a straightforward clip that works with cardboard or materials of similar thickness. With clips only on the top, it can be easily swiveled up or removed to access creations from the sides. I used two per side, but the number is adjustable as per requirement. For printing, I employed 0.2 infil, one side perimeter, and two top/bottom perimeters. Support material or brim were omitted, though a brim could potentially prevent warping.
