I made this turbine with a pc source cooler, which is the most common thing to have in our homes, cut the elices with pliers and then pass a cutter to leave it flush, then put the printed elice to the cooler and glue it with some strong glue to the back of the turbine (first passing the cable). the elice can be widened if you want to 13 or 14 mm. I put the spikes, but you can adapt what you want and I put the hinges that I made for me in case you need them....
