Homebrew Cornelius Keg Post Marker
thingiverse
I have old Firestone Cornelius kegs that were converted from Pin Lock to Ball Lock using adapters that I bought online off Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Firestone-Post-Conversion-16-18-Thread/dp/B07GQ65TMK). Now when I'm fiddling about in the kegerator/keezer (whichever word your local dialect prefers) I oftentimes can't figure out which post is gas and which is beer. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4649544 had an idea that could work for me, but the design is too large for the 17mm ball lock posts that I have and they're quite bulky and obnoxious. So I decided to roll my own that fit over the posts that I use and that are smaller than the original idea. I've prepared 3 heights namely 2mm, 3mm and 4mm. To my eye, the 4mm is the one to go for but you may want something less intrusive. I made this in Tinkercad in about 5 minutes. Prints in 10 minutes. The fit is quite snug but it required very little effort to get these onto the posts.
