A home wind turbine featuring a NACA 4412 profile with optimized twisting requires print support customization as well as determining the number of blades needed for printing. To avoid issues, disable fill support in Skeinforge when printing blades due to their thin sections. Utilize a hot air gun at 240°C to attach blades to support. Reinforcement with polyester resin and fiberglass was successful and will be employed in future projects.
