The 3D model was initially crafted using Sketchup 8, then converted into various other 3D formats. The native format is .skp, while a scene in 3ds Max 2016 version was rendered with Vray 3.00. This design features a set of compact homes for middle-class families, including both ground and first levels. Despite their size, these houses offer cozy and comfortable spaces. The top level is left open to provide a clear view of the room layout.
