To equip my workshop, I designed and printed pulley systems using Inventor software and a 3D printer. The single pulleys can support up to 20 pounds when assembled with a 1/4 inch bolt at 15% infill rate. Remember to print the housing part with supports that are simple to remove with an exacto knife.
