The model was created using 3DS Max 2010 and rendered with VRay 2.0, resulting in high-resolution detail. Each house offers four different facade options and two distinct roof types, all managed through the layer editor in both 3DS Max and Maya. VRay materials are included for wire rendering purposes. To create unique building combinations for your projects, experiment with the various facades and roof styles. High-resolution textures have been utilized for minor bump effects, ground, and roof surfaces. An HDRI map was used for reflections in the render.
