This is a custom-designed Thermostat cover for building a Smart thermostat using MQTT and relay technology. To accommodate various boards, I've set up the case so that you can easily attach them to the internal plate with small wood screws or glue. No slot has been added for an LCD screen as it's intended for use with TASMOTA firmware, which reportedly doesn't support LCD screens. The cover features three holes for re-wiring the LED lights on the relay board, indicating whether Heat, Fan, or Cooling is active. Additionally, there are holes for manually turning the system on or off and one for external power, ideal for those without a "C" wire in their wall. The internal plate has ridges to facilitate easy screw attachment or self-tapping screws, with gaps of approximately 1mm between them. The LED holes measure 5.3mm, allowing a 5mm LED to fit after part shrinkage. Button holes are 12mm with 15mm gaps between them. Overall, the box is designed to be about 25mm deep inside and 30mm from the wall, give or take a millimeter or two.
