Home Assistant Glow D1mini combined case

This is my version of a case for the Home Assistant Glow project: https://github.com/klaasnicolaas/home-assistant-glow ...using a D1mini, and in one single enclosure. The pins need to be removed from the light sensor, and no pins on the D1mini. The indicator LED (if you are going to use it) needs the legs very carefully bending to connect to the D1mini, with bits of heatshrink adding to avoid things shorting out! I used double sided tape to stick the case to my meter - this ensures that there is minimal light leak around the sensor, which i think is a cause of some irregular reporting. Double sided tape is easy enough to remove as/when required.
