The included building structure features a unique blend of applied textures, lush plants, and vibrant lights, all set against a rich backdrop of color paints. The excluded items include cars and photographs adorned with Photoshop textures. Created using the powerful 3DS Max 2014 software, the model was saved in compatibility mode for earlier versions, specifically 2011. A range of advanced tools and features were utilized throughout the design process, thanks to the inclusion of the VRAY 3.6 plugin.
