This model, constructed in 3DS Max 2010, features VRay 2.0 ready renders and a high resolution design. The homes boast four distinct facade options - Tasonit Facade, Half Siding (Yari Yalibaski) Facade, Full Siding (Tam Yalibaski) Facade, and Standard Facade. Additionally, two roof types are available - Steel (Metal Kiremit) Roofing Type and Onduline (Ondulin) Roofing Type. These options can be managed with the help of the 3DS Max layer editor, which is similar to Maya's layer editor. VRay material is utilized in the rendering process within Studio Max. If you prefer a wire render, the necessary materials are already set up in the material editor. To create unique building facade combinations for your projects or scenes, experiment with the available facade and roof types. Various textures have been employed to add depth through bump mapping, ground texture, and roof texture. The model utilizes high resolution textures as well as an HDRI map for reflection.
