This 3DS Max 2010 model boasts ready-to-render VRay 2.0 capabilities, featuring a high resolution design. Each home offers four distinct facade options and two roof styles. Facades include Tasonit, Half Siding (Yari Yalibaski), Full Siding (Tam Yalibaski), and Standard designs, while roofs feature Steel (Metal Kiremit) and Onduline (Ondulin) varieties. The layer editor in both 3DS Max and Maya is utilized to manage these types. VRay material is employed for rendering, with wire material available in the editor for alternative wiring renders. Users can experiment with various facade combinations and roof styles for their projects. High-resolution textures are applied for bump effects, ground, and roof surfaces, while an HDRI map serves for reflection purposes.
