This 3DS Max 2010 model is ready to render using VRay 2.0 and offers high-resolution detailing. It comes with four different facade types (Tasonit, Half Siding, Full Siding, and Standard) as well as two roof options (Steel and Onduline). These variants can be managed through the layer editor in both 3DS Max and Maya. VRay material is used for rendering in Studio Max, with wire materials also available in the material editor. To create different building combinations for your project or scene, experiment with these facade and roof types. Various textures are employed for bump mapping, ground texturing, and roofing, all at high resolution.
