This model, crafted in 3DS Max 2010, offers ready-to-render visuals with VRay 2.0. High resolution and detailed, it features four different facade types (Tasonit Facade, Half Siding, Full Siding, Standard Facade) and two roof styles (Steel Roofing, Onduline Roofing). The various options can be managed using the layer editor in 3DS Max or Maya. VRay material is used for rendering, with wire material prepared for wire-frame renders. Users can create unique building combinations by experimenting with facade and roof types. Textures are included for ground, roof, and minor bump details, along with an HDRI map for reflection.
