In this 3DS Max 2010 model, VRay 2.0 is utilized for ready renderings of high-resolution buildings. Each home features four facade options and two roof types. Facades include Tasonit, Half Siding (Yari Yalibaski), Full Siding (Tam Yalibaski), and Standard designs, while roofs can be Steel (Metal Kiremit) or Onduline (Ondulin). The layer editor in 3DS Max and Maya allows for easy management of these options. VRay material is used for rendering with the option for wire rendering using materials already set up in the editor. To create unique building facade combinations, try mixing and matching the available types. High-resolution textures are applied for bump, ground, and roof elements, while HDRI maps enhance reflections. The model employs centimeter system units based on real-world dimensions.
