This model, created in 3DS Max 2010, features high-resolution renders powered by VRay 2.0. It offers a variety of options for customization, including four different facade types (Tasonit Facade, Half Siding, Full Siding, and Standard Facade) and two roof types (Steel Roofing and Onduline Roofing). The layer editor in both 3DS Max and Maya allows easy management of these options. VRay material is used for rendering, with wire material readily available in the material editor for wire renders. Users can experiment with different facade combinations to suit their needs. Textures are used for bump effects, ground, and roof, with high-resolution textures employed. The HDRI map contributes to realistic reflections. Measurements follow a centimeter system, using real-world dimensions. Enjoy!
