This model, created in 3DS Max 2010, features ready-to-render VRay 2.0 graphics and boasts high resolution detailing. With four distinct facade options (Tasonit, Half Siding, Full Siding, Standard) and two roof types (Steel and Onduline), this versatile design is easily customizable using the layer editor in both 3DS Max and Maya. VRay material enhances the render quality, while wire material is ready for use in the material editor. To create unique building combinations, experiment with the various facade types and roof options. High-resolution textures are used for bump mapping, ground surfaces, and rooftops, while an HDRI map provides reflection effects.
