Featuring a 3DS Max 2010 model, this render utilizes VRay 2.0 for high-resolution output. The model comes equipped with four different facade types (Tasonit Facade, Half Siding, Full Siding, Standard Facade) and two roof styles (Steel Roofing, Onduline Roofing). The layer editor in both 3DS Max and Maya allows for easy management of these variations. VRay material is incorporated into the render, with additional wire material available in the material editor. Users can experiment with various combinations of facade types and roof styles to suit their needs. Textures are included for added detail, with high-resolution options provided for bump maps, ground surfaces, and roofs. Reflection is enhanced through the use of an HDRI map. Measurements were taken using a centimeter system, adhering to real-world dimensions. Enjoy!
