This model, created in 3DS Max 2010, features a high-resolution design ready for VRay 2.0 rendering. Each house boasts four distinct facade types and two roof styles. Facades include Tasonit, Half Siding (Yari Yalibaski), Full Siding (Tam Yalibaski), and Standard options, while roofs feature Steel (Metal Kiremit) and Onduline (Ondulin) designs. These variations can be managed using the 3DS Max layer editor, which is compatible with Maya's editor as well. VRay material is used in the render, and wire materials are readily available for wire rendering. To create unique building facade combinations, explore the various options provided. High-resolution textures are employed for added detail, and an HDRI map is used for reflection. The model was constructed using centimeter system units based on real-world dimensions. Enjoy!
