The model, designed in 3DS Max 2010, is ready to render using VRay 2.0 and features a high resolution. It offers four different facade types and two roofing options. The facades include Tasonit, Half Siding (Yari Yalibaski), Full Siding (Tam Yalibaski), and Standard Facades. Roof options are Steel (Metal Kiremit) and Onduline (Ondulin). These types can be managed using the 3DS Max layer editor, as well as Maya's layer editor. VRay material is used for rendering in Studio Max. Wire materials for wire rendering are also available in the material editor. To create different building facade combinations for your project or scene, try experimenting with these facade and roof types. Various textures are used for bump, ground, and roof elements, all at high resolution. The HDRI map is utilized for reflection purposes. The model was created using centimeter system units based on real-world dimensions. Have fun!
