This model, constructed in 3DS Max 2010, includes VRay 2.0 ready renders and boasts high-resolution detailing. The set comes equipped with four unique facade types - Tasonit, Half Siding (Yari Yalibaski), Full Siding (Tam Yalibaski) and Standard - as well as two roof varieties: Steel (Metal Kiremit) and Onduline (Ondulin). These variations are easily managed via the 3DS Max layer editor, which is compatible with Maya's version too. VRay material is utilized in studio max rendering. For wire renders, materials are prepared in the material editor. Users can experiment with different building facade combinations using the available types for their projects, scenes or productions. Textures are applied to add some bump and for ground and roof work; high-resolution textures are used. An HDRI map is employed for reflection purposes. The model adheres to centimeter system units and is based on real-world dimensions. Have a great time using it!
