This model has been meticulously designed using 3DS Max 2010, complete with VRay 2.0 ready rendering capabilities. It boasts high-resolution details and offers flexibility in terms of the building facade combinations you can create. Each home features four distinct facade styles - Tasonit, Half Siding (Yari Yalibaski), Full Siding (Tam Yalibaski), and Standard Facades - as well as two roof types: Steel (Metal Kiremit) Roofing and Onduline (Ondulin) Roofing. These options can be easily managed through the layer editor, compatible with both 3DS Max and Maya editors. VRay material is utilized for rendering in Studio Max, while wire materials are ready for use in the material editor if desired. To create unique building designs, simply experiment with the available facade types and roof styles. The model also incorporates various textures for added detail, including high-resolution textures for bump mapping, ground surfaces, and roofs. An HDRI map is used for reflection purposes, and all measurements were made using a centimeter system to adhere to real-world dimensions.
