This model was created using 3DS Max 2010, featuring high-resolution rendering via VRay 2.0. Each home comes with four distinct facade options and two different roof types. The facades include Tasonit, Half Siding (Yari Yalibaski), Full Siding (Tam Yalibaski), and Standard designs, while the roofs feature Steel (Metal Kiremit) and Onduline (Ondulin) styles. These options are managed through the 3DS Max layer editor, which is compatible with Maya's layer editor as well. VRay material is used for rendering in Studio Max, with wire materials readily available in the material editor for wire renders. Users can create unique building combinations by experimenting with the facade types and roof options. Various textures are employed for bump mapping, ground coverage, and roof surfaces, all at high resolution. Reflection effects are achieved using an HDRI map. The model adheres to a centimeter system of units, based on real-world dimensions. Enjoy!
