This model, designed in 3DS Max 2010, features high-resolution renderings created with VRay 2.0. With four distinct facade options and two roof types to choose from, users can easily customize their building designs using the 3DS Max or Maya layer editors. Textures for bump mapping, ground, and roof are provided in high resolution, along with an HDRI map for reflection. The model was created using centimeter system units and real-world dimensions for accuracy. Have fun exploring and creating!
