This model, crafted in 3DS Max 2010, features ready-to-render visuals using VRay 2.0 and boasts high resolution details. With four distinct facade types (Tasonit, Half Siding, Full Siding, Standard) and two roof options (Steel, Onduline), each home is versatile. The layers for these variations are managed through the 3DS Max layer editor, similar to Maya's. VRay materials are used in the rendering process, with wire material set up for wire renders in the material editor. Users can mix and match facade types and roof styles to create unique building combinations for their projects or scenes, making it an easy process. Various textures were employed, including high-resolution ones for bump mapping, ground surfaces, and rooftops. An HDRI map was used for reflection purposes. The model adheres to centimeter system units, reflecting real-world dimensions. Enjoy!
