This model has been meticulously designed in 3DS Max 2010, featuring high-resolution rendering with VRay 2.0. Each home boasts four distinct facade options and two unique roof styles. Facade Types include Tasonit, Half Siding (Yari Yalibaski), Full Siding (Tam Yalibaski), and Standard. Roof Types are Steel (Metal Kiremit) and Onduline (Ondulin). The layer editor in 3DS Max and Maya allows for easy management of these variations. VRay material is used for rendering, with wire material readily available in the material editor for wireframe renders. To create unique building combinations, mix and match facade types and roof styles. High-resolution textures are employed for bump mapping, ground surfaces, and roofs.
