This 3DS Max 2010 model comes ready-to-render with VRay 2.0 and features a high resolution. It offers four different facade types (Tasonit, Half Siding, Full Siding, Standard) and two roofing options (Steel Roofing and Onduline Roofing). These variations can be easily managed using the layer editor in both 3DS Max and Maya. VRay material is utilized for rendering in Studio Max, while wire materials are available in the material editor for wire renders. To create unique building facade combinations, simply experiment with the provided facade types and roof types. Some textures are included for added detail, such as bump maps for texture, ground, and roof; an HDRI map is used for reflection.
