This model, made in 3DS Max 2010, features VRay 2.0 ready renders and high-resolution detailing. Each home design boasts four unique facade options and two distinct roof types. These include the Tasonit Facade, Half Siding (Yari Yalibaski) Facade, Full Siding (Tam Yalibaski) Facade, and Standard Facade for the former, while Steel (Metal Kiremit) Roofing Type and Onduline (Ondulin) Roofing Type cater to roofing preferences. The layer editor in both 3DS Max and Maya allows for easy management of these types. VRay material is used for rendering, with wire materials available in the material editor for wire renders. To create custom building designs, simply experiment with various facade and roof combinations. High-resolution textures are incorporated for bump effects, ground, and roof surfaces; an HDRI map handles reflections.
