This model, created in 3DS Max 2010, comes with VRay 2.0 ready-to-render capabilities and features a high-resolution design. Each of the various home models offers four distinct facade types and two roof options. The facades include Tasonit, Half Siding (Yari Yalibaski), Full Siding (Tam Yalibaski), and Standard designs, while the roofs feature Steel (Metal Kiremit) and Onduline (Ondulin) styles. These variations are manageable through the 3DS Max layer editor, which is similar to Maya's equivalent. VRay material is utilized in the render, with wire materials available for alternative renders in the material editor. Users can experiment with different facade and roof combinations to suit their specific projects or scenes. The model includes various textures for ground, roof, and minor bump effects, all at high resolution.
